No-Knead Skillet Focaccia

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry instant yeast
  • 3/4 cup lukewarm water
  • 3 tablespoons plus 3 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
  • 2 teaspoons coarsely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt
No-Knead Skillet Focaccia

Directions:
  1. Place the flour, salt, and yeast in a food processor fitted with the blade attachment and pulse to combine. 
  2. Add the water and 2 tablespoons of the oil. 
  3. Pulse until a rough ball of dough forms, about 15 (2-second) pulses.
