FAJITA MEAL PREP BOWLS

  • 1.5 lbs chicken breasts about 3
  • 4 bell peppers any color
  • 1 onion
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup salsa

SEASONINGS

  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS

  • cheddar cheese
  • Tomatoes
  • Green Onions
  • Salsa
  • Cilantro
