  • 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage or almond milk
  • 1/4 cup grated carrots
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
